French‑Speaking Strategy Consultant (London)

About the role

This position is for a French‑speaking Strategy Consultant based in London, working in a hybrid model with 2–3 days in the office each week. You will join a global advisory firm that helps senior leadership translate strategic priorities into actionable plans.

Key responsibilities

• Support end‑to‑end delivery of strategy and execution consulting projects across multiple sectors.
• Act as a primary contact for client stakeholders and help develop relationships.
• Conduct structured analysis and primary research to generate actionable insights.
• Prepare and deliver presentations, and contribute to client workshops.
• Collaborate with internal teams to design problem‑solving approaches and project outputs.
• Contribute to the development of tools, methodologies and best practices.
• Mentor junior team members when required.

Required profile

• Fluent in English and French (written and spoken).
• Experience in strategy consulting or a related strategic role.
• Strong academic background; Master’s degree preferred.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and structured thinking abilities.
• Proven communication skills with senior stakeholders.
• Ability to work effectively in high‑performance, international teams.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with adaptability and willingness to travel internationally.

• Salary between £58,000 and £70,000 per annum plus performance bonus up to 15%.
