Front of House Receptionist – Premium Commercial Building

About the role

We are seeking a warm, professional Front of House Receptionist to be the first point of contact in a premium commercial office building in central Manchester. Working independently on‑site, you will welcome tenants, visitors and contractors, maintain a polished reception area and support initiatives that enhance the tenant experience.

Key responsibilities

• Provide a courteous welcome to tenants, visitors and contractors, handling busy periods with confidence.
• Manage reception duties including visitor logs, deliveries, couriers and refreshments.
• Perform routine visual checks of the reception area and report any maintenance or operational issues.
• Assist with building communications such as notices, newsletters and promotional material, using tools like Canva.
• Support occupier engagement initiatives and other value‑added services as agreed.
• Liaise with cleaners, security, contractors and building management to uphold standards and health‑and‑safety procedures.

• Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining high presentation standards.
• Excellent attendance, punctuality and reliability.

Required skills

• Canva – to create newsletters and promotional communications.

What we offer

• Competitive salary of £31,400 per year.
• Full‑time Monday‑to‑Friday schedule (08:00‑17:00) in central Manchester.
