About the role

As a Front of House Team Member at Zizzi you will be the first point of contact for guests, creating a welcoming atmosphere and delivering genuine hospitality. The role is fast‑paced, hands‑on and requires close collaboration with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure a smooth service.

Key responsibilities

• Become a menu expert and confidently recommend dishes, drinks and desserts.
• Serve food and beverages, manage tables efficiently and coordinate with kitchen and bar staff.
• Pay attention to small details that can enhance the guest experience, such as surprise treats for special occasions.
• Support teammates during busy periods and uphold Zizzi’s values.

• Reliability and availability for evenings, weekends and holiday periods.
