Full Stack React Developer

About the role

The MAKE Agency is expanding its Web Development team to deliver high‑quality digital products for a variety of clients. As a Full Stack React Developer you will work in a hybrid setting, collaborating with developers, project managers, and UX/UI designers to build and maintain web platforms using modern headless technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain web applications with a focus on React, Next.js, and headless CMS solutions.
• Write clean, robust frontend and backend code (Node.js, AWS) following best practices.
• Collaborate with Digital Project Managers, UX/UI Researchers, and Designers to translate briefs into functional solutions.
• Test, debug, and validate your code to ensure reliability and performance.
• Document code accurately and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team.
• Occasionally interact directly with clients to explain technical challenges or propose solutions.

Required profile

• Proven experience building solutions with React, Next.js and headless CMS platforms.
• Balanced frontend and backend skill set, including Node.js and AWS.
• Strong communicator comfortable in a fast‑paced agency environment.
• Proactive attitude towards improvement and knowledge sharing.
• High attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality work.
