Full‑time HGV Class 2 Driver – £33k + Benefits

About the role

We are seeking a motivated HGV Class 2 Driver to join a well‑established builder's merchant in Bourton‑on‑the‑Water. This full‑time, permanent position offers a competitive salary of £33,000 per year and a comprehensive benefits package.

Key responsibilities

• Complete local multi‑drop deliveries across the South West region.
• Safely operate Class 2 vehicles to transport building materials.
• Provide excellent customer service at each delivery location.
• Ensure deliveries are completed efficiently and accurately.
• Adhere to all transport, tachograph and health & safety regulations.

Required profile

• Valid CAT C Class 2 HGV licence.
• CPC card and Digital Tachograph card.
• Driving licence Category C with no more than six penalty points.
• Counterbalance forklift licence (desirable).
• Positive attitude, strong motivation and reliability.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Required skills

• Class 2 HGV operation.
• Digital tachograph usage.
• Counterbalance forklift operation.
• HIAB operation (preferred, training funded).
