Full‑time Teacher for Enhanced SEND Provision

About the role
Beeches Junior School is seeking a full‑time teacher to join its enhanced provision for children with additional needs. The role starts on 1 September 2026 and involves delivering a specialised curriculum to a small class of six to eight pupils, supported by two teaching assistants.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and deliver lessons tailored to the specific curriculum for SEND pupils.
- Collaborate closely with two teaching assistants to meet individual learning needs.
- Monitor progress and adapt teaching strategies to support each child’s development.
- Contribute to the smooth transition as Beeches Infant and Junior Schools amalgamate.
- Be prepared to support other areas of the school if required in the future.

- Passion for working with children who have SEND.
- Resilient, adaptable and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Enthusiastic about inspiring and supporting pupils.
- Committed to professional development and open to new ideas.
