About the role
Lotus UK Manufacturing is seeking a General Operative for the Assembly Department at its Hethel plant. The role is temporary, up to six months, with an immediate start, and involves assembling and fitting component parts to required quality standards.
Key responsibilities
- Meet daily quality and production targets set by the area supervisor.
- Assemble quality finished engines and modules using hand or power tools.
- Follow documented processes at all times and work within allocated timeframes.
Required profile
- Willingness to learn new production techniques and processes.
- Ability to work as part of a team with minimal supervision.
- Careful handling of parts and equipment.
