German and French speaking Wholesales Customer Service Representative

About the role

We are looking for a trilingual Wholesale Customer Service Representative fluent in German, French and English to support our multinational fashion client. The role focuses on managing the full order lifecycle for German and French market accounts, ensuring accurate and timely processing while delivering world‑class service.

Key responsibilities

• Enter and amend orders for assigned accounts, generating daily, weekly and monthly reports.
• Maintain clear communication with sales teams and customers to facilitate a smooth order flow.
• Proactively follow up on open orders and product‑availability issues to minimise cancellations.
• Coordinate with the Credit team on orders placed on hold for credit reasons.
• Process returns and issue credits accurately and promptly.

Required profile

• Fluent in German, French and English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in B2B customer service, wholesale operations or order management.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multilingual team.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Experience using VLOOKUP and Pivot Table reporting functions.
