Global Mobility Tax Senior Manager – Mandarin Speaking

About the role

Ambition Europe Limited is seeking a Mandarin‑speaking Global Mobility Tax Senior Manager to join its London team. You will act as a trusted advisor to multinational clients, guiding them through complex cross‑border tax and mobility challenges.

Key responsibilities

• Lead global mobility engagements for Chinese and international clients.
• Advise on expatriate tax compliance, assignment structuring, tax equalisation, social security and immigration matters.
• Develop and maintain senior client relationships across HR, mobility and finance functions.
• Collaborate with tax, legal and advisory teams to deliver integrated solutions.
• Mentor junior staff and contribute to team development.
• Drive business development initiatives within the Chinese market.

Required profile

• Proven experience in Global Mobility, Expatriate Tax or International Assignment Services.
• Fluent in Mandarin and English, both written and spoken.
• Strong technical knowledge of international tax and mobility frameworks.
• Experience managing complex projects and client relationships.
• Relevant qualification such as ATT, CTA, ACA or equivalent preferred.
