Global Project Manager

About the role

The Global Project Manager will lead high‑impact, strategic initiatives across multiple international markets for a leading FMCG business. Reporting to senior leadership, you will own a portfolio of innovation, compliance and strategic business projects, driving them from concept to launch.

Key responsibilities

• Lead multiple concurrent projects across international markets from initiation through execution.
• Drive cross‑functional collaboration with Commercial, Supply Chain, Operations, Finance, Regulatory and Product teams.
• Influence senior stakeholders and provide clear recommendations to support business decisions.
• Manage project scope, timelines, risks and resource requirements.
• Facilitate strategic discussions, helping teams navigate complexity and overcome barriers.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and aligned to business objectives.
• Support portfolio prioritisation and governance processes.
• Maintain momentum and accountability across large, diverse stakeholder groups.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading large‑scale, multi‑market or global projects in a complex FMCG environment.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, including influencing senior leadership.
• Ability to challenge assumptions constructively and drive decisions in ambiguous settings.
• Commercial mindset with a balance of strategic and operational delivery.
• Experience working across multiple functions within a matrix organisation.
