About the role
This position offers recent graduates the chance to support pupils across Key Stages 3 to 5 in a high‑performing secondary school in Ealing. You will work within your chosen subject area, helping students improve attainment and prepare for exams and university applications.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver 1‑to‑1 and small‑group interventions in your subject specialism.
- Assist pupils with exam preparation, revision sessions and university applications.
- Provide whole‑class support and contribute to teaching activities across KS3, KS4 and KS5.
- Collaborate with senior staff to monitor progress and raise attainment.
Required profile
- First‑class or 2:1 degree from a recognised university.
- Strong academic background and commitment to student success.
- Motivation to develop a future career in secondary teaching.
Required skills
- Subject‑specific knowledge in English, Maths, Science, Humanities or Social Sciences.

- Term‑time only contract paying £105‑£125 per day (Monday‑Friday).
