Graduate Analyst – Financial Services

About the role

We are seeking a Graduate Analyst to join a leading financial services firm. The role is office‑based in Chislehurst and offers full training, clear career progression and the chance to work with a portfolio of 10‑20 corporate clients.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain high standards of professionalism and data security.
• Build and sustain strong client relationships while gathering, collating and analysing data.
• Design, develop and deliver Excel‑based data sets in collaboration with colleagues and clients.
• Monitor market landscape, competitor activity and regulatory changes to identify reporting enhancements.
• Provide insightful analysis of trends and performance patterns to support directors and principal consultants.

Required profile

• Strong numeracy/analytical degree with the ability to understand complex data patterns.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence clients.
• Proven capability to produce comprehensive technical reports.
• Determined, resilient and positive attitude.
• Residency in Bromley, Orpington, Sidcup or Chislehurst area.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel, including large data sets, statistical functions and macros (training provided).
