Graduate Data Analyst – 24‑Month Fixed Term in Bristol

About the role

Join ea Change as a Graduate Data Analyst and help turn raw data into actionable business insight. Working on client projects you will support senior staff, contribute to decision‑making and drive business improvement across a variety of sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse and interpret data to deliver actionable insights.
• Create visualisations using Power BI, PowerApps or other BI tools.
• Support business‑improvement initiatives with data‑driven recommendations.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define business requirements.
• Assist in maintaining and optimising databases using SQL or similar tools.
• Contribute to project documentation, reporting and stakeholder communications.

Required profile

• 2:1 degree in a technical discipline.
• Right to work in the United Kingdom.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and numerical abilities.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• High attention to detail and a proactive mindset.
• Full driving licence and ability to travel to the office as needed (hybrid working).
