About the role

This graduate position offers a fast‑paced entry into executive search, focusing on high‑calibre talent for global financial institutions. You will work alongside senior consultants, gaining exposure to senior decision‑makers and developing specialist market knowledge from day one.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct in‑depth market research and map senior professionals across global financial markets.
• Identify and headhunt high‑calibre candidates for key client mandates.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with both candidates and clients.
• Support senior consultants on live searches and client projects.
• Write candidate profiles and present shortlists to clients.
• Develop a strong understanding of financial markets and industry trends.

Required profile

• Ambitious, resilient graduate with a genuine interest in business and people.
• Degree (2:1 or above preferred).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong work ethic, proactive mindset and commercial awareness.
• Interest in financial services and confidence engaging senior professionals.
• Desire to succeed in a performance‑driven environment; no prior recruitment experience required.
