Graduate HR & People Analyst

About the role

We are partnering with a fast‑growing London‑based organisation to hire a Graduate HR & People Analyst on a permanent basis. This entry‑level position offers real responsibility from day one, giving you exposure to the full employee lifecycle – recruitment, onboarding, learning and development, employee relations and people analytics.

Key responsibilities

• Support the HR team with recruitment, onboarding and off‑boarding activities.
• Maintain and update HR systems and employee records with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Assist with employee‑relations matters, providing guidance to managers and staff.
• Contribute to learning and development programmes, coordinating training and tracking completion.
• Analyse people data and produce reports on headcount, turnover, absence and engagement.
• Support policy development, compliance tasks and HR projects.
• Act as a first point of contact for employee queries, escalating when necessary.

Required profile

• Degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology or a related discipline.
• Empathetic, organised and discreet with strong interpersonal skills.
• Excellent written communication and attention to detail.
• Commercial awareness and a genuine interest in people and organisational culture.
