Graduate Liberty Create Developer

About the role

VE3 Global Technology Services is hiring two graduate‑level Liberty Create Developers to join a senior development team working on a high‑profile digital transformation programme for a major UK public sector organisation. The six‑month staff‑augmentation contract offers rapid, structured skills development on Netcall's low‑code Liberty Create platform.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, test and maintain low‑code applications, process workflows and digital forms within the Liberty Create platform.
• Configure data models, business rules, integration points and UI components under senior developer guidance.
• Assist with CRM and case‑management application development, including workflow automation and service integrations.
• Support quality assurance, user acceptance testing and platform upgrades.
• Document configurations, workflow logic and change records to meet governance and audit requirements.
• Ensure all deliverables comply with WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility standards and security policies.
• Collaborate with service teams, business analysts and participate in agile ceremonies such as stand‑ups, sprint planning and retrospectives.
• Identify technical issues, blockers or improvement opportunities and contribute to knowledge‑sharing activities.

Required profile

• Motivated graduate or early‑career developer eager to build expertise in low‑code development.
• Willingness to work under senior developer direction and progressively take ownership of tasks.
• Interest in public‑sector digital services and agile delivery.

Required skills

• Experience with Netcall Liberty Create low‑code platform.
• Low‑code application and workflow design.
• CRM and case‑management integration.
• Understanding of WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility standards.
• Basic knowledge of security and governance requirements for public‑sector IT.
