Graduate Management Trainee – Poole

About the role

We are looking for a motivated graduate to join our Management Trainee programme at our Poole branch. You will rotate through key areas of the business, gaining hands‑on experience in customer service, sales, marketing, finance and operations.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service by handling reservations, enquiries and building rapport.
• Develop sales and marketing activities, including networking with local business partners.
• Assist with financial control, understanding profitability and cost management.
• Support day‑to‑day branch operations and contribute to continuous improvement.
• Take on real responsibilities from day one, preparing for future branch manager roles.

Required profile

• Recent graduate with a strong interest in business leadership.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical mindset with a willingness to learn about finance and operations.
• Motivated, proactive and able to work in a fast‑paced retail environment.
