Key responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service, handling reservations, enquiries and building rapport with a diverse customer base.

• Assist with financial control, understanding profitability, cost management and basic budgeting of the branch.
• Support day‑to‑day operations, including fleet management, staff coordination and service quality monitoring.
