Graduate Maths Teaching Assistant – Primary Intervention

About the role
We are looking for a recent Mathematics graduate to join a primary school in South Manchester as a Graduate Teaching Assistant. You will deliver small‑group maths intervention sessions for Key Stage 2 pupils, helping them build confidence and improve exam readiness. The role starts in September 2026 and runs until the summer break in July 2027.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver targeted maths intervention sessions to Key Stage 2 students.
- Collaborate with the school’s maths department to raise attainment and support progress.
- Assist pupils in developing problem‑solving, reasoning and exam techniques.
Required profile
- A degree in Mathematics or a closely related subject.
- Strong subject knowledge and excellent communication skills.
