About the role
We are looking for a motivated Graduate Logistics Administrator to join a busy team in Guildford. This entry‑level position offers full training and the chance to develop a career in logistics and supply‑chain management.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate product availability and process customer orders from start to finish.
- Communicate any delays, resolve issues and handle customer queries.
- Raise purchase orders and invoices for customers.
- Collaborate closely with the wider business to ensure smooth delivery.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure legal compliance.
Required profile
- Relevant degree or experience in logistics, supply‑chain or compliance.
- Highly organised, adaptable and able to multitask under pressure.
- Excellent communication and customer‑service skills.
- Strong team player with good interpersonal abilities.

- Full training and a supportive team environment.
- One day per week remote work after the training period.
- Competitive salary range of £30,000‑£32,000 per year.
