Graduate Process Engineer – Manufacturing

About the role

Join Procter & Gamble as a Graduate Process Engineer in our Manchester manufacturing plant. You will work on transforming ideas into reality within world‑class production facilities, supporting iconic brands such as Gillette, Pampers, Head & Shoulders and Oral‑B.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and maintain systems to collect and analyse data for critical product and process parameters.
• Identify and reduce losses by proposing and executing process or work‑system changes.
• Own and manage Daily Management Systems from day one.
• Share best practices across modules, plants and regions, contributing to a wider Product Supply organisation.
• Manage challenging business and technical assignments while developing state‑of‑the‑art technologies supported by multi‑million‑dollar investments.

Required profile

• Recent graduate (BSc/MSc) in Engineering – Manufacturing or a related discipline.
• Strong analytical mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Manchester and collaborate across global teams.
