Graduate Recruitment Consultant – AI & Tech

About the role

We are seeking a motivated graduate to join our specialist technology recruitment agency as a Recruitment Consultant focused on AI and tech placements across the UK and US. You will receive comprehensive training, support and access to cutting‑edge recruitment technology to develop your consulting skills and build a strong network of candidates and clients.

Key responsibilities

• Sourcing and qualifying candidates for AI, machine‑learning and data roles.
• Building and maintaining professional relationships with candidates and client companies.
• Conducting market mapping and prospecting new business opportunities.
• Working towards monthly revenue and promotion targets.
• Managing and updating your candidate database.
• Developing subject‑matter expertise within the AI and technology specialism.

Required profile

• Minimum 2:1 degree.
• Ambitious, driven and able to work autonomously.
• Excellent time‑management and work ethic.
• Strong communication skills.
• Thrives in a meritocratic environment.
