Graduate Recruitment Consultant – Executive Search

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Graduate Recruitment Consultant to join our boutique executive search team. You will support retained search assignments for senior construction roles across North America, gaining exposure to high‑value projects and senior decision‑makers.

Key responsibilities

• Assist on retained executive search assignments targeting the North American construction market.
• Conduct market research, talent mapping and competitor analysis.
• Build and maintain relationships with senior construction professionals.
• Manage candidate pipelines from initial contact through to placement.
• Prepare client and candidate reports and presentations.

• Recent graduate with excellent communication skills.
• Professional, ambitious and competitive mindset.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.

What we offer

• £27,000 basic salary plus uncapped commission (Year 1 OTE £40,000).
