About the role

Join an international recruitment business as a Graduate Recruitment Consultant on a structured 12‑week training programme. You will work with experienced consultants to recruit for technology, legal and financial services across Europe, building long‑term client and candidate relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients and specialist candidates.
• Source and interview professionals for technology, legal and financial roles.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from brief to placement.
• Negotiate offers and close new business opportunities.
• Contribute to the growth of a specialist market segment.

Required skills
