About the role
The Sales Development Representative is responsible for qualifying and routing inbound leads across two channels: self‑service and inside sales. You will engage prospects through phone calls, emails, live chat and internal tools such as Slack and Salesforce.
Key responsibilities
- Qualify and route inbound leads through self‑service and inside‑sales channels.
- Engage prospects via phone, email, live chat and internal tools (Slack, Salesforce).
- Book and complete product demonstrations, meeting monthly quota targets.
