About the role

Join Mortgage Brain's 2‑Year Graduate Software Developer Programme, a full‑time permanent position offering hands‑on experience across multiple technology disciplines. You will rotate through software development, DevOps & Cloud Engineering, business analysis and testing while contributing to real products for leading mortgage lenders.

Key responsibilities

• Develop new application features.
• Support cloud and DevOps environments.
• Work with APIs and integrations.
• Write automated tests.
• Support software releases and deployments.
• Gather and analyse business requirements.
• Collaborate with Agile delivery teams.
• Troubleshoot technical issues.
• Contribute to architecture and solution discussions.
• Maintain CI/CD pipelines.
• Utilise AI‑assisted development tools.
• Participate in sprint planning, stand‑ups and retrospectives.
• Collaborate with product, operations and commercial teams.
