Graduate Trading Analyst

About the role

Levl is a fintech building a unified platform for secure, low-cost cross-border payments in fiat currencies and stablecoins, with an API, dashboard and OTC desk and a cross-chain DEX in development. As a Graduate Trading Analyst you will support the trading desk's core operations and gain hands-on experience across the full trade lifecycle. The role suits recent graduates who are detailed, proactive and eager to grow into trading and treasury roles in a high-impact startup environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support trade booking, confirmations, settlements and reconciliations
• Monitor client deposits, withdrawals and payment flows
• Ensure trades are processed within SLAs and help resolve discrepancies
• Perform daily reconciliations across systems and partners
• Assist with reporting for clients and partners
• Monitor market liquidity, order books and pricing conditions
• Identify and help improve operational workflows

Required profile

• Recent graduate (or up to about 1 year of experience) in Finance, Economics, Business, STEM or a related field
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Excellent organisation and communication skills
• Genuine interest in trading, payments, FX and digital assets
• Comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced environment
• Previous internships in trading ops, treasury, banking, fintech or digital assets are a plus
