Ground Floor Team Member – Front of House (Edinburgh)

About the role

We are looking for a friendly Ground Floor Team Member to join the Front of House team at the Premier Inn Edinburgh Airport (Newbridge). In this permanent part‑time role you will be the first point of contact for guests, helping them check‑in, enjoy a drink or a meal, and ensuring their stay starts smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and manage the check‑in and check‑out process.
• Prepare and serve simple refreshments such as cocktails and meals.
• Collaborate with housekeeping to ensure rooms are ready for guests.
• Maintain a clean and welcoming front‑of‑house environment.
• Assist with any guest enquiries or requests during your shift.

Required profile

• Enthusiastic and customer‑focused attitude.
• Excellent communication skills and a friendly personality.
• Availability to work 20 hours per week on a permanent basis.
• No prior experience required – training will be provided.
