Groundworker – Construction Site in Aylesbury

About the role
We are seeking an experienced groundworker to join a housing construction site in Aylesbury. This is an ongoing temporary assignment offering a competitive hourly rate.
Key responsibilities
- Carry out all aspects of groundworks on a housing development.
- Operate and maintain required tools and equipment on site.
- Adhere to health and safety standards, including use of CSCS/CPCS certification.
Required profile
- Valid CSCS or CPCS card.
- Proven groundworks experience.
- Own tools or ability to provide them.
- Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively.
- Available to start immediately.
Required skills
- Groundworks techniques and procedures.
- Use of construction tools and machinery.
- CSCS Card or CPCS Card certification.
What we offer
- Hourly rate of £23.
- 9‑hour workday (7:30 – 16:30).
- Ongoing contract with potential for extension.
- Payments made via CIS through Marvel Payroll.
