Group Fitness Trainer – 45‑minute HIIT Sessions

About the role

We are seeking enthusiastic fitness professionals to lead 45‑minute group HIIT classes at our Kingston studio. You will work on a freelance basis, covering weekday lunchtimes, evenings and weekends, with up to eight shifts per week.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high‑energy HIIT workouts to groups of varying abilities.
• Motivate participants and provide one‑to‑one coaching throughout each class.
• Ensure safety and proper technique during functional exercises.
• Collaborate with a second coach to manage class flow and member experience.
• Cover additional shifts as needed to maintain class schedules.

Required profile

• Qualified Level 3 Personal Trainer.
• Proven experience coaching groups with diverse fitness levels.
• Flexible availability for weekday (morning, daytime, evening) and weekend shifts.
• Confident, friendly personality with a genuine passion for fitness.
• Resident of the Kingston area.

Required skills

• Level 3 Personal Trainer certification.
• Group coaching and HIIT methodology.
• Knowledge of functional strength, cardio and agility exercises.
