Group Tax Manager – 15‑month Fixed‑Term Contract

About the role

An international, highly regarded organisation is seeking an experienced Group Tax Manager on a 15‑month fixed‑term contract. The role offers hands‑on exposure to complex international tax matters, senior stakeholders and Group‑wide projects during a period of change.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver and enhance tax governance, policies, processes and controls.
• Lead Pillar 2 compliance, including data collection, calculations, filings and top‑up taxes.
• Manage Group tax provisioning, reporting and financial statement disclosures.
• Oversee transfer pricing compliance for intra‑group services.
• Monitor domestic and international tax developments and assess business impacts.
• Support multi‑jurisdictional tax projects and manage interactions with tax authorities.
• Drive improvements in tax processes, forecasting and reporting.
• Provide oversight of VAT compliance and support employment tax matters.

Required profile

• Technically strong, commercially minded tax professional.
• Proven ability to manage competing priorities and meet fixed deadlines.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Confidence translating complex tax matters for non‑specialist audiences.
• Strong attention to detail.
