Growth Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Growth Manager to accelerate new‑business acquisition for our technology‑focused clients. You will own the end‑to‑end sales process, building relationships that drive sustainable revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage prospective clients across the technology sector.
• Manage the full sales cycle from outreach to closing new business.
• Build relationships via LinkedIn, email, telephone and networking events.
• Deliver engaging virtual and face‑to‑face sales presentations.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and manage your sales pipeline.
• Collaborate with Broking, Partnerships and Marketing teams to ensure an outstanding client experience.
• Represent the business at industry events and networking opportunities.
• Meet and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs.
• Develop long‑term client relationships to support sustainable growth.

Required profile

• At least one year’s experience in a B2B or commercial sales role.
• Proven track record of generating new business, pitching and consistently achieving KPIs.
• Experience managing the full outbound sales cycle.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong commercial awareness with a consultative sales approach.
• Highly organised with strong CRM and pipeline management skills.
• Proactive, relationship‑focused and self‑motivated.
• Ability to build trust quickly with clients and colleagues.
