Growth Marketing Intern

About the role

Join the Digital Consumer Engagement Marketing team as a Growth Marketing Intern, supporting performance marketing and customer engagement across LEGO’s digital ecosystem. You will work closely with the Senior App Growth Lead and cross‑functional teams to help acquire, retain and re‑engage millions of LEGO fans worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the execution and optimisation of app acquisition and other performance‑marketing campaigns across digital channels.
• Support performance reviews with app and affiliate agencies, tracking actions and optimisation plans.
• Coordinate testing activities for performance marketing and App Store Optimisation (ASO).
• Help develop creative assets for marketing initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and meet expectations.
• Monitor campaign performance, gather insights and prepare regular updates.
• Track marketing budgets, purchase processes and related operational activities.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in a higher‑education programme or equivalent training.
• At least 18 years old and eligible to work in the United Kingdom for the full internship period.
• Available for a full‑time internship (37.5 hours per week) based in London, with a minimum of three on‑site days per week.
