Guest Service Ambassador

About the role

As a Guest Service Ambassador you will be the friendly face of Portico, delivering 5‑star service to clients and visitors. You will rotate across multiple reception desks, handling a variety of front‑of‑house duties while ensuring a seamless experience for all stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Operate six reception desks on a rotating schedule
• Perform floor checks and manage the switchboard
• Greet visitors and clients, handling enquiries professionally
• Manage room bookings and hospitality requests
• Support events and coordinate with internal teams

Required profile

• Experience in the corporate sector, preferably in a 5‑star service environment
• Familiarity with room reservation operations
• Immaculate personal presentation and a genuine smile
• Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport
• Attention to detail, flexibility and ability to adapt to client needs
• Enthusiastic, motivated and able to work under pressure
• Organised with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet tight deadlines
