Handyman – General Repairs & Maintenance

About the role

We are looking for a skilled Handyman to keep our properties in top condition. You will work on a variety of repair, maintenance and renovation tasks in a dynamic, on‑site environment.

Key responsibilities

• Perform general repairs, maintenance and small‑scale renovations.
• Carry out plumbing, electrical and carpentry tasks as required.
• Assist with the installation and assembly of furniture and fixtures.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure safety and functionality of properties.
• Collaborate with the construction team on ongoing projects.
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients.
• Maintain clean and organised work areas.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Handyman or in a similar maintenance role.
• Strong knowledge of repair and maintenance techniques.
• Excellent problem‑solving ability and attention to detail.
• Valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication skills and a positive demeanour.
