Head of Brand & Product Marketing

About the role

Protein Works is looking for a Head of Brand and Product Marketing to lead the newly created Brand & Product Marketing function. Reporting to the Brand Director, you will turn the overall brand strategy into product propositions, go-to-market plans and integrated campaigns that generate measurable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Translate the brand strategy, customer insights and category trends into compelling product propositions and go-to-market executions.
• Own product positioning across the portfolio, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and commercial targets.
• Develop clear audience definitions, value statements and reasons to believe for each product and category.
• Lead planning and execution of major product launches, coordinating brand, commercial, performance and product teams.
• Convert customer, category and behavioural data into insight-led proposition development to improve conversion, premium adoption and lifetime value.
• Build and embed the Brand & Product Marketing operating model and frameworks within the wider brand function.
• Partner closely with commercial leadership to translate long-term brand strategy into annual marketing priorities and activation plans.

Required profile

• Commercially minded marketer with a strong track record in brand and product marketing.
• Proven ability to own end-to-end product marketing processes and deliver measurable business impact.
• Experience shaping and executing go-to-market strategies for consumer-focused products.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to turn insights into actionable propositions.
• Strong collaboration skills to work across brand, commercial and product teams.
