Head of Business - Porsche Centre Perth

About the role

Porsche Centre Perth is looking for a Head of Business to lead the strategic and operational performance of the centre. The role drives sustainable profitability, exceptional customer experiences and high-performing teams across all departments, while delivering business growth and maintaining the highest manufacturer standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the overall performance of the centre, achieving financial, operational and customer satisfaction objectives.
• Develop and implement strategic business plans for growth and profitability.
• Ensure every customer receives a personalised, professional, 5-star experience at every touchpoint.
• Manage and develop Sales, Aftersales, Parts, Finance and operational teams, with regular performance reviews and KPI monitoring.
• Build relationships with Porsche and senior stakeholders, agreeing vehicle, parts and aftersales targets and meeting manufacturer standards.
• Monitor customer loyalty and satisfaction, and lead Quality Management initiatives.
• Handle escalated customer concerns and work with the marketing team on campaign plans.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing a franchised automotive dealership at senior leadership level.
• Track record of leading Sales, Aftersales, Parts, Finance and operational teams.
• Responsibility for full P&L, including budgeting, cost control and KPI management.
• Experience driving customer satisfaction and handling complex complaints.
• Good working knowledge of FCA regulations and compliance requirements.
