Service Advisor - Porsche Centre Perth

About the role

Porsche Centre Perth is looking for a Service Advisor to act as the key link between customers and the workshop team. You will guide customers through every stage of their service and repair journey, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, communication and professionalism.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome every Porsche customer warmly, professionally and personally.
• Manage the full service and repair process from check-in to handover.
• Give regular updates and build strong customer relationships throughout the ownership journey.
• Present repair recommendations, Vehicle Health Checks and additional service requirements clearly and professionally.
• Work closely with Workshop Controllers and Technicians to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion.
• Prepare accurate estimates, invoices and service documentation.
• Promote Porsche Service Plans, accessories and aftersales products where appropriate.
• Achieve high customer satisfaction and support departmental performance targets.

Required profile

• Previous Service Advisor experience within a franchised dealership.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Premium/luxury automotive experience desirable.

• Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
• Strong organisation and attention to detail.
• Commercial awareness and ability to identify aftersales opportunities.

• Salary of £36,000 per year plus a bonus up to £5,000 OTE, with potential earnings of £7,500.
