Head of Construction & Engineering

About the role

The company is launching a new Construction & Engineering Division and needs a senior leader to drive its creation and growth. You will work directly with the Executive Board, enjoying full autonomy to design strategies, policies, and operational processes.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement the vision for the Construction & Engineering Division.
• Recruit, develop, and lead a high‑performing team of construction and engineering adjusters.
• Establish relationships with an existing client base and ensure service excellence.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to align the division with overall business objectives.
• Monitor performance metrics and continuously improve operational efficiency.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a specialist construction or engineering adjusting role.
• Proven ability to lead and build new business units.
• Formal qualifications such as A/FCILA are preferred, but strong technical expertise is essential.
• Self‑motivated, confident, and comfortable working remotely from anywhere in the UK.
