Head of Corporate Fundraising – National Charity

About the role

We are seeking a commercially‑focused Head of Corporate Fundraising to lead a high‑performing team for a prestigious national charity based in Kent. The role combines strategic partnership development, revenue generation and hands‑on management to grow high‑value corporate support.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop a small corporate fundraising team.
• Achieve annual corporate fundraising income targets.
• Build and maintain relationships with corporate supporters, commercial partners and external organisations.
• Secure and grow high‑value partnerships, delivering tailored pitch proposals and partnership agreements.
• Oversee operational processes, ensuring compliance, governance and continuous improvement.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and manage budgets, financial forecasts and performance reporting.
• Raise the profile of major campaigns and represent the charity at networking events, conferences and industry forums.

Required profile

• Proven success in senior corporate fundraising roles.
• Experience leading and mentoring a fundraising team.
• Institute of Fundraising Certificate or Diploma (highly desirable).
• Demonstrated ability to increase revenue through strategic process improvements.
• Hands‑on, well‑organised, ambitious and passionate about the charitable sector.
