Head of Corporate Partnerships

About the role

Habitat for Humanity Great Britain is seeking a Head of Corporate Partnerships to lead its corporate fundraising function. The role is home‑based with regular travel to events and meetings across London, the UK and occasionally abroad.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a high‑value corporate partnerships strategy to generate £1.3 million of corporate income and £500 k of new business in the first year.
• Identify, secure and nurture multi‑year partnerships with companies that support housing, climate resilience, community development, employee engagement and international volunteering.
• Lead a growing team, initially managing a New Business Manager and a Volunteer Co‑ordinator, with plans to double the team size.
• Personally generate a six‑figure income through direct relationship building and business development.
• Represent the charity at internal and external events, networking sessions and stakeholder meetings.

Required profile

• Proven experience in corporate fundraising, partnership development or business‑to‑business sales within the non‑profit sector.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a track record of delivering significant revenue targets.
• Strong relationship‑building and negotiation skills with senior corporate decision‑makers.
• Leadership capability to manage and develop a small team.
• Willingness to travel frequently across the UK and internationally.
