About the role

The Head of Data Enablement will lead the organisation’s data strategy, ensuring that data capabilities are tightly aligned with business needs. This senior position works across functions to embed a data‑driven culture and deliver measurable outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Champion data accessibility and adoption across the business.
• Align and drive multiple data initiatives to achieve clear, measurable results.
• Partner with stakeholders to translate requirements into practical data solutions.
• Convert technical data work into business‑friendly insights.
• Build strong relationships that foster a data‑centric culture.
• Lead, mentor and develop a small high‑performing data team.

Required profile

• Proven experience in data, analytics or business intelligence roles.
• Track record of collaborating with both technical teams and business users.
• Comfort operating in complex, fast‑moving environments.
• Ability to influence decisions without direct authority.
• Exposure to delivering or supporting data‑driven projects.
• Technical and business awareness, familiarity with modern data platforms and tools.
• Understanding of data products or similar frameworks.
• Appreciation for how data supports commercial decision‑making.
• Nice to have experience in regulated industries.
