Head of Demand Generation

About the role

Zinc is expanding its marketing function and needs an experienced Head of Demand Generation to build a data‑informed, 360° growth engine. This senior leadership role will design and scale a repeatable demand‑generation playbook across all channels and audiences, supporting Zinc’s ambition to exceed £50m ARR.

Key responsibilities

• Build and scale the full‑funnel demand‑generation playbook, including tech stack, reporting and attribution across HubSpot and DreamData.
• Own pipeline targets, account signals and lead‑generation goals from first touch to sales hand‑off.
• Design original demand‑generation programmes that educate prospects on Zinc’s solutions and capture interest.
• Collaborate with paid‑media, events, search and digital acquisition specialists to set budgets, targeting and channel mix.
• Develop a high‑performing demand‑generation and field‑marketing team, advocating for resources and budgets at executive level.
• Partner with senior commercial and marketing leaders to align campaign targets and deliver world‑class B2B marketing.

Required profile

• Significant experience leading demand generation at a B2B SaaS company with £40‑60m ARR.
• Proven track record of owning and growing a marketing‑sourced pipeline and working closely with SDR and outbound teams.
• Ability to translate emerging trends into a best‑in‑class 2026+ demand‑generation strategy.
