Head of Lettings – Prime Surrey Market

About the role

The Head of Lettings will lead a high‑performing lettings office in the prestigious Cobham area of Surrey. You will be responsible for driving valuations, increasing market share and delivering exceptional customer service while managing an experienced team.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop the lettings office to achieve commercial targets.
• Drive valuations, new instructions and overall market share.
• Coach, motivate and support a team of seasoned lettings professionals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants and local businesses.
• Lead by example through personal performance and business development.
• Ensure high standards of customer service across all transactions.

Required profile

• Proven success in residential lettings management.
• Strong leadership ability with experience managing an experienced team.
• Disciplined, driven and commercially minded.
• Excellent relationship‑building and negotiation skills.
• Passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
• Full UK driving licence.

Required skills

What we offer

• Basic salary £30,000–£35,000 per year.
• On‑target earnings £80,000–£85,000+ with uncapped commission.
• Car allowance of £420 per month.
• 2–3 month earnings guarantee.
• Work‑life balance: 9:00 am–5:30 pm, one Saturday every two weeks with a full day off in lieu.
