Head of Network Aftersales

About the role

Renault Group UK is recruiting a Head of Network Aftersales to lead the aftersales field force across the dealer network, trade, Motrio, corporate sales and approved body shops. The role is based in the field but requires regular commuting to the head office in Maple Cross. It is a full-time, permanent position.

Key responsibilities

• Define and deliver performance targets across the dealer network, Trade Programme, Motrio network and approved body shops.
• Lead action plans, manage escalations and deploy network priority programmes in line with the Aftersales Leadership Team to meet direct and indirect KPIs.
• Develop network capacity through parc management, technician growth and ramp optimisation, meeting customer experience, quality and lead time objectives.
• Deliver the network Trade and Hub strategy to support sustainable business growth.
• Build team capability so that all aftersales operations deliver value-adding engagement.
• Success is measured by improvements in parts turnover, customer experience, parc penetration, first-time acceptance (FTA), service contract performance and network profitability.

Required profile

• Strong commercial acumen and effective stakeholder management.
• Solid presentation, communication, organisation, influencing, people management and strategic thinking skills.
