Head of Training School / Training Development Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Head of Training School / Training Development Manager to lead Tekever’s training operations for unmanned aerial systems. The role will design, develop and deliver training programmes for operators, maintenance personnel and other staff while ensuring compliance with civil and military aviation regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and implement comprehensive UAS training programmes covering initial, recurrent and advanced operations.
• Manage the delivery of training to civilian and military audiences, tailoring content to specific UAS types and mission profiles.
• Ensure all training activities comply with Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) and Military Aviation Authority (MAA) requirements.
• Lead and develop the training team, fostering continuous improvement and high safety standards.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to align training with operational needs.
• Oversee training facilities, equipment and infrastructure.
• Monitor performance, produce reports and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in developing and managing UAS or aviation training programmes.
• Strong knowledge of CAA and MAA regulatory frameworks.
• Leadership experience with the ability to build and develop high‑performing teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Commitment to safety, quality and continuous improvement.
