About the role

The Health Records Officer will join the busy Health Records Service team and become a key member of the management team. This position offers an exciting first step into line management, supporting staff development and ensuring high‑quality record keeping.

Key responsibilities

Oversee day‑to‑day operations of the health records service.
Provide line management and coaching to team members.
Deliver training and development programmes for staff.
Ensure compliance with NHS policies, data protection and quality standards.
Support flexible working arrangements and promote a smoke‑free environment.
