About the role
The Health Records Officer will join the busy Health Records Service team and become a key member of the management team. This position offers an exciting first step into line management, supporting staff development and ensuring high‑quality record keeping.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee day‑to‑day operations of the health records service.
- Provide line management and coaching to team members.
- Deliver training and development programmes for staff.
- Ensure compliance with NHS policies, data protection and quality standards.
- Support flexible working arrangements and promote a smoke‑free environment.
