Health, Safety and Environmental Advisor

About the role

LSH Auto UK Ltd is seeking a proactive Health, Safety & Environment Advisor to lead H&S strategy across its dealerships, workshops and support functions. You will be responsible for shaping a safety‑first culture while ensuring compliance with UK legislation.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement health, safety and environmental policies for all sites.
• Conduct risk assessments, audits and inspections to identify and mitigate hazards.
• Deliver training programmes and promote a proactive safety culture.
• Report on H&S performance to senior leadership and drive continuous improvement.
• Travel throughout the Midlands and Manchester area to support multi‑site operations.

Required profile

• NEBOSH Diploma or NVQ Level 6 in Occupational Health and Safety Practice.
• Proven experience leading H&S initiatives across multiple sites.
• Strong knowledge of UK health, safety and environmental legislation.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑engagement abilities.
• Full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel.
