Healthcare Recruitment Consultant – Self‑Employed

About the role

EXO Recruit Ltd is looking for an experienced healthcare recruiter to launch and run their own recruitment desk on a self‑employed basis. You will operate under the EXO brand, leveraging its infrastructure while building a profitable, permanent‑placement business across the UK.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and manage a dedicated healthcare recruitment desk.
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of permanent healthcare candidates.
• Generate new client opportunities using EXO’s senior‑decision‑maker database.
• Deliver end‑to‑end recruitment cycles, from sourcing to offer acceptance.
• Utilise provided job boards and LinkedIn Premium for candidate sourcing.
• Handle invoicing and administrative tasks through EXO’s in‑house support.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of full‑cycle recruitment experience in the healthcare sector.
• Proven track record placing permanent healthcare professionals.
• Existing network of clients and candidates within the industry.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a clear vision for a personal desk.
