Healthy Child Service Team Leader

About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated Team Leader to provide operational management and leadership to the Healthy Child Service 0‑19 team within the North & East Collaborative Locality. This fixed‑term role runs until September 2027 and aims to ensure children and young people in Norfolk achieve their full potential.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Healthy Child Service 0‑19 team, ensuring high‑quality, efficient service delivery.
• Collaborate closely with the Head of Locality and the collaborative leadership team to meet objectives and key performance indicators.
• Liaise with partner agencies and stakeholders to develop and implement robust processes between the collaborative locality team, the Single Point of Access, and partner organisations.
• Drive continuous improvement and innovation in service provision for children, young people, and families.

Required profile

• Demonstrated enthusiasm and commitment to creating the best opportunities for children and young people.
• Strong leadership and operational management experience, preferably within health or social care settings.
• Ability to work effectively with multiple partners and stakeholders.
